SUNLIGHT! getting sun / natural light into my eyes first thing is one of my must-dos. I find this simple act has helped me perform mentally aswell as keeping my mental & physical wellbeing strong.

A.M baby! When the suns up we get up! Viewing sunlight first thing i think is a healthy habit to develop because it triggers the first release of dopamine of the day.

Coupled with daily exercise & a whole food diet I definitely feel on top, in control & mood is hiiigh. I feel mentally & physically sharp most days if not everyday.
