Refunds and Returns
If it's your first order we offer free returns under our First Pair Guarantee policy. If you don't love your Bounds after 60 days we'll swap them out for the right size or give you your money back (less the cost of shipping).
All repeat orders qualify for free returns only if the underwear is unworn, unwashed and in its original packaging.
To initiate a return/exchange, simply contact us at support@bound.one and we'll take care of the rest.
We understand that trying new underwear can be intimidating, which is why we're committed to making the process as stress-free as possible for you. Once we receive your return and inspect the item, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and applied to your original method of payment within 2-5 working days.
If you purchase multiple items, please only try on 1 pair before opening the other items, as we are unable to offer refunds on opened and worn items to ensure we adhere to health and safety requirements.
Refunds and returns excludes shipping costs
Only full-priced items are eligible for a refund or exchange. All sale items are final.
Our policy lasts 60 days from the time of delivery. If 60 days have gone by since your item(s) were delivered, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
