Refunds and Returns
We believe in the quality and effectiveness of our men's underwear at Bound. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free return policy. You can return your product within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, and it must be in the original packaging. To initiate a return, simply contact us at email@example.com and we'll take care of the rest.
We understand that trying new underwear can be intimidating, which is why we're committed to making the process as stress-free as possible for you. Once we receive your return and inspect the item, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and applied to your original method of payment within 2-5 working days.
If you purchase multiple items, please only try on 1 pair before opening the other items, as we are unable to offer refunds on opened and worn items to ensure we adhere to health and safety requirements.
Refunds and returns excludes shipping costs
Only full-priced items are eligible for a refund or exchange. All sale items are final.
Our policy lasts 30 days from the time of delivery. If 30 days have gone by since your item(s) were delivered, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
