We offer free express shipping across New Zealand for all orders over $80 NZD.

We offer free express shipping Worldwide for all orders over $120 NZD.
Domestic orders - New Zealand
Orders under $80 will be charged at a flat rate of $6 for delivery NZ wide. All domestic orders are typically delivered within 1-3 working days from the time of dispatch, however please allow up to 7 working days for your order to arrive. If your order does not arrive within 7 working days please contact support@bound.one and we'll aim to resolve your issue urgently.
International orders - Australia
We offer two options for our international orders to Australia under $110 AUD
Our recommended option is via DHL Express and we expect approximate delivery within 2-5 working days from the time of dispatch. Australian orders shipped via DHL Express will be charged at a flat rate of $25 AUD. If your order does not arrive within 5 working days please contact support@bound.one and we'll aim to resolve your issue urgently.
Alternatively, we also have options via NZ Post International (tracked) and we expect approximate delivery within 4-10 working days from the time of dispatch. Australian orders shipped via NZ Post Express will be charged at a flat rate of $15 AUD. If your order does not arrive within 10 working days please contact support@bound.one and we'll aim to resolve your issue urgently.
International orders - Rest of the World
All international orders under $120 NZD are sent via DHL Express at a flat rate of $39 NZD. Please expect delivery within 2-10 working days from the time of dispatch. If your order does not arrive within 10 working days please contact support@bound.one and we'll aim to resolve your issue urgently.
International Orders & Import Fees
For international orders, please be aware of potential import taxes and customs duties imposed by your country's customs service. These fees are based on the destination country and the declared value of the items.
If your order exceeds your local customs' set value, additional taxes may apply upon delivery. Unfortunately, Bound cannot pre-pay or calculate these taxes for you.
Contact your local customs office for more information and ensure accurate shipping details to avoid delays.
Packaging
All garments are sent using home-compostable, biodegradable poly bags and recyclable mailers. Additionally, our tape uses water-based adhesive making it fully recyclable too.
