- If you've purchased a 3-pack or 5-pack, please only open, trial and wear 1 pair as we can only refund 1 pair of worn underwear.
- If you've purchased a pack we can refund / exchange the unopened items once returned to us in new condition.

SIZING
Fits true to size. Order your usual underwear size. If you're between sizes, or you're built through the thighs, size up.
Measure around your waist where your underwear waistband normally sits. Keep the tape level and comfortably snug — not tight.
SHIPPING
New Zealand — Free express shipping on orders over $80. Under $80, a flat $6. Most orders arrive in 2–3 working days.
Australia — Free standard shipping on orders over A$80. Express delivery available as an upgrade at checkout. Under A$80, standard rates apply at checkout.
Most orders leave our warehouse the same or next working day.
Order not arrived?
If your order hasn't arrived within 7 working days (New Zealand) or 10 working days (Australia) of dispatch, please contact support@bound.one and we'll aim to resolve it urgently.
Australian orders & import fees
Orders to Australia ship from New Zealand. Depending on the order value, Australian customs may charge import taxes or duties on delivery. Unfortunately, Bound cannot pre-pay or calculate these for you. Contact your local customs office for more information, and please check your shipping details to avoid delays.
Packaging
All garments are sent using home-compostable, biodegradable poly bags and recyclable mailers. Additionally, our tape uses water-based adhesive, making it fully recyclable too.
STRESS FREE RETURNS
Refunds and Returns
If it's your first order we offer free returns under our First Pair Guarantee policy. If you don't love your Bounds after 60 days we'll swap them out for the right size or give you your money back (less the cost of shipping).
All repeat orders qualify for free returns only if the underwear is unworn, unwashed and in its original packaging.
To initiate a return/exchange, simply contact us at support@bound.one and we'll take care of the rest.
We understand that trying new underwear can be intimidating, which is why we're committed to making the process as stress-free as possible for you. Additional Details:
Once we receive your return and inspect the item, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and applied to your original method of payment within 2-5 working days.
If you purchase multiple items, please only try on 1 pair before opening the other items, as we are unable to offer refunds on opened and worn items to ensure we adhere to health and safety requirements.
Refunds and returns excludes shipping costs
Only full-priced items are eligible for a refund or exchange. All sale items are final.
Our policy lasts 60 days from the time of delivery. If 60 days have gone by since your item(s) were delivered, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
